Intensive Residential Program
The Intensive Residential Program (Spencer House and Berlin House) is designed for clients
who are ready for discharge from Ancora State Hospital but are unable to tolerate the stress
associated with maintaining a five-day per week activity out of the residence. Services are, therefore,
provided on-site for these clients and consist of less structured group programming. Nursing and Psychiatric services
are also provided on site.
