COSTAR
Our COSTAR Program offers services to the homeless who are mentally ill.
The program was designed to recognize the fact that traditional services do not
always reach all of those who need support. This unit operates a drop-in center
in Camden City, which offers counseling, psychiatric services and MICA services.
COSTAR also provides outreach and in-home services including counseling, linkage
and referral services for financial aid, housing food, and medical services
